In the bustling city of Monstropolis, Monsters, Inc. is the largest scream-processing factory, where monsters rely on children's screams to power their homes and cities. Lovable giant Sulley and his wisecracking sidekick Mike Wazowski are the top scare team at the factory, tasked with scaring children into producing the highest quality screams. However, things take a turn when a little girl named Boo accidentally wanders into their world. Boo, a toddler from the human world, is discovered by Sulley and Mike in their high-tech door-to-door scare routine.
